Safety & travel

  • Spain is one of the safest countries in Europe to visit. As in any big city, watch out for pickpockets in busy tourist areas and on public transport.

  • We strongly recommend it. Choose a policy that covers cancellation, medical costs and repatriation.

  • EU and EEA citizens only need an ID card or passport. Many other nationalities can visit the Schengen area without a visa for up to 90 days. Rules change, so please check the latest requirements, including the EU's ETIAS travel authorisation, before you travel.

  • Your guide or tour leader is always your first contact, and our team is reachable by phone throughout your trip.

  • Some are, and many can be adapted. Tell us your needs before booking and we'll recommend the best options.

  • If we ever have to cancel, you can choose another tour or date, or receive a full refund within 14 days.
