Start from the fairytale setting of Alberobello and ride into the countryside on a relaxed e-bike route. Quiet lanes lead you among dry-stone walls, vineyards and trulli-dotted landscapes, with time for photos and panoramic stops.
Along the way, you’ll visit a donkey farm to meet these animals up close, then reach a family-run artisan mill to discover the process from grain to flour. At the mill, you can enjoy focaccia, friselle, taralli and a glass of wine. Return to Alberobello through countryside views and panoramic viewpoints.
