Depending on the time of day, you will be welcomed into a private home kitchen in either the historic Cannaregio district (morning classes) or the picturesque island of Giudecca (evening classes)—two of Venice's most authentic neighborhoods.

Guided by a passionate local chef, you will roll up your sleeves and learn to prepare a traditional 3-course feast from scratch. You'll master handmade "Pasta Fresca," a delicious seasonal vegetable main course, and the ultimate Italian dessert, Tiramisù. After the cooking workshop, gather around the table with your hosts and group to enjoy the fruits of your labor, paired with excellent local wines. Experience the lively, historic charm of Cannaregio during the day, or soak in the peaceful, waterfront serenity of Giudecca in the evening, discovering the true local lifestyle before you even start cooking.
Hands-on Pasta Making: Learn the traditional, step-by-step techniques to knead and roll fresh pasta from scratch, paired with a seasonal sauce.
The Seasonal Veggie Main: Work alongside your host to create a flavorful, traditional second course highlighting fresh, local market vegetables.
The Art of Tiramisù: Master the authentic recipe for Italy's favorite dessert, perfectly layering espresso, mascarpone, and ladyfingers.

How to get to Giudecca Island: take the vaporetto from San Marco, you can take the line number 2 or 4.1 and the stop is Redentore by taxi : you can get off at “fondamenta della croce “ Giudecca Buzz “Rosa S” this is the only meeting point for the 17:00 pm appointment.
