You will learn how the same red grape variety can produce very different styles of wine—an eye-opening experience even for seasoned wine lovers.
The wine tasting is accompanied by a selection of cold, typical Mallorcan specialties. Local cheeses, aromatic olives, fine sausages, homemade tapas, and crispy bread bring the soul of Mediterranean cuisine to your plate – honest, pure, and full of flavor.
