Overview
Combine a walk through Barcelona’s old town with a boat trip in the port on this small-group tour. Meeting in the heart of the city, next to Plaça de Catalunya, you will walk through the narrow streets of the Gothic Quarter, where 2,000 years of history come together: the remains of the Roman wall, the Barcelona Cathedral, Plaça del Rei, once home to the Counts of Barcelona, and Plaça de Sant Jaume, the political heart of Catalonia. Continue to Plaça Reial and down La Rambla to the medieval shipyards of Les Drassanes.
Then you will board a boat across the harbour of Port Vell for a different view of the city from the water, with a stop at Moll de Llevant to take photos of the coastline. The tour ends next to the Columbus Monument, at the end of La Rambla.
