Do Eat Better Experience tours combine high-quality gastronomy with an immersive cultural walk, offering a true taste of everyday life in Bari. To ensure a personal, authentic experience, we welcome only small groups, giving every guest full attention.

As we pass near the Cathedral of San Sabino, we’ll enjoy our first tasting: focaccia barese, Bari’s most iconic street food. Freshly baked, crispy on the outside and soft inside, it’s topped with cherry tomatoes and olives and perfectly represents the city’s simple, flavorful cuisine.

Continuing through the historic streets and passing close to the Museo Civico di Bari, we’ll stop for a hot, freshly made panzerotto. Golden and bubbling, with a classic tomato and mozzarella filling, this beloved snack is a true symbol of Bari’s everyday food culture.
