Overview

This is the first food and wine experience where the guest becomes the sommelier, thanks to our Tasting Notebook which will guide you in recognizing the characteristics of each wine you taste.

All in a location for exclusive use where the protagonists are wine labels rigorously selected and combined with one of the pillars of Roman cuisine: the artichoke.

What you will do

Stop 1
The experience will take place in an exclusive location. The tasting will last a maximum of approximately 120 minutes and includes 5 courses, with the artichoke as the protagonist, with a pairing of 5 wines. Our notebook will be essential for our guests to recognize the wines that will be served.
In this experience labels of DOCG certified national wines will be used.
