Overview
Our snorkelling trips are designed to be personal, relaxed and accessible, whether you're an experienced snorkeller or trying it for the first time.
Rather than simply dropping you at a swimming spot, a member of our team is in the water with you during every snorkelling session. We provide guidance when needed, help less confident swimmers and point out marine life along the way.
We visit 2–3 snorkelling locations on each trip, choosing the sites according to the conditions on the day. This gives you the opportunity to explore different parts of the coastline and discover the Mediterranean marine life around Chania.
With snorkelling equipment provided and water, a snack bar and traditional Greek tea available on the boat, everything is taken care of so you can simply enjoy your time on and in the water.

What you will do

Discover the coastline of Chania on a small-group snorkelling and boat trip from Almyrida.
Your experience begins at Kefi Divers in Almyrida, where you'll meet the team, receive your snorkelling equipment and have a short briefing before heading to the boat.
Spend around 3 hours on the water as we explore 2–3 snorkelling locations along the coast. The exact sites are chosen according to the conditions on the day.
At each stop, your guide will be in the water with you throughout the snorkelling session. Explore rocky reefs and sheltered coastal areas while looking out for colourful schools of fish, octopus and other Mediterranean marine life.
No previous snorkelling experience is needed. Our team will explain how to use the equipment and help you feel comfortable in the water, making the trip suitable for beginners and experienced snorkellers.
Between stops, relax on the boat and enjoy the coastline. Water, a snack bar and traditional Greek tea are included.
After visiting the day's snorkelling sites, we'll cruise back and return together to Kefi Divers in Almyrida, where the experience finishes.

Meet at Kefi Divers in Almyrida. We are located on the main road, with free parking available nearby. The dive centre is approximately 200 metres from the Almyrida bus stop, with bus connections from Chania.Pickup: Please wait outside the main entrance of your accommodation or at the agreed pickup point. We will confirm your exact pickup time and location after booking. Please be ready and waiting at the agreed location at the confirmed time.
