Apulian Cooking Class with Dinner in the Vineyard and Wine

We offer you much more than you could ever expect!

Harvest from the family garden, tour of the vineyard, aperitif with the wines we produce, preparation of many typical products: orecchiette, cavatelli, pappardelle, strascinate, "i fricid", "a sagn" only as regards the pasta! Then bread, focaccia with tomato and onion, mashed broad beans, chops with sauce and finally sugared almonds.

You will get your hands dirty to make your own orecchiette, focaccia and chops, you will turn on and use the wood-fired oven.

And the best part is yet to come: the open sunset dinner with freshly baked focaccia.

An afternoon together in which to live, cook and eat like a true Apulian.

The informal atmosphere, the trulli in the background, the natural setting and the flavor of our wines and food are the ingredients of an evening you will not forget!
