    Overview

Crazy about pasta? You've come to the right place.

Prepare to get your hands doughy on our quest for pasta perfection! In this small-group class, you'll learn how to make tiramisu and fresh pasta from scratch with a fun, passionate Roman chef. Start with the tiramisu, then roll, knead, and cut your own pasta dough into fresh fettuccine, before cooking it in your choice of carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce.

While you cook, your chef will share the history and secrets of Italian cuisine, paired with 2 glasses of prosecco, 2 glasses of wine, and a shot of limoncello (non-alcoholic options available too). After introductions, it's tiramisu time. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, the chef will teach you how to make one of Italy's most famous desserts. Then, you'll move on to making your handmade fettuccine pasta. You'll mix, roll, and cut your dough, and prepare it for cooking before making your pasta sauce from scratch. Choose either a traditional carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce, depending on what you're craving.

Bond with your fellow chefs as the kitchen fills with the smells of your creations, and once everything is ready, it's time to sit down with your new foodie friends and enjoy your handmade food, paired with 2 glasses of prosecco, 2 glasses of wine, and a shot of limoncello, plus non-alcoholic beverages of your choosing.
