A few steps from Ortigia, in Syracuse, Teresa welcomes you to her home for an authentic Sicilian cooking experience. In a small group of a maximum of five participants,
You will prepare three traditional dishes, chosen based on the season and made with fresh and local ingredients.
Like in a real Sicilian family, you will get your hands dirty learning to knead, roll out, and shape fresh pasta, while discovering the flavors and products of the territory.
Teresa, born and raised in Syracuse, will share with you the recipes and secrets of family cuisine, turning the lesson into a moment of conviviality and discovery. The experience will be
accompanied by local wine and water.
Upon request, vegetarian options are available.

Discover authentic Sicilian cuisine with Teresa! Prepare from scratch three seasonal recipes with fresh and local ingredients, living a practical and convivial experience in the family tradition.
Do you want to enrich your experience? Add a guided tour of the Ortigia Point of Sale, before the lesson: at 9:00 AM, for one hour, you will discover fresh and preserved local products and buy the ingredients to cook with Teresa. Including a sweet or savory breakfast.
Additional cost: €50 per person. The visit must be requested at the time of the reservation. Transport available upon request, with supplement.
