Step into a modern, elegant yet welcoming home and discover the true art of Italian cuisine through an authentic, hands-on pasta masterclass. Guided by passionate local chef, you will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, skillfully roll and cut it into silky tagliatelle.
You will also prepare a traditional tomatoes sauces inspired by the freshest products of the season, understanding how simplicity and quality define Italian cooking. To complete the experience, you’ll have an unconventional dessert. It's gelato finished with few drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP aged 25 years from Acetaia del Cristo.
