    Overview

You can join with your own e-bike at no extra cost, or reserve an e-bike ready on site for €45, payable locally. For children’s e-bikes, child tandems and child seats, please check the “Included/Excluded” section.

Start from Locorotondo, the round “balcony” overlooking the Itria Valley, where lime-whitewashed lanes and flower-filled corners immediately set the atmosphere.

You’ll ride by e-bike through the historic center, then head into the countryside along quiet roads bordered by vineyards and dry-stone walls. Soon, you’ll reach the Apulian Aqueduct cycleway, a scenic route following one of the most important engineering works in southern Italy.

You’ll cycle through oak woods, small canal bridges and peaceful countryside sections, with stops for photos and short stories about the people who made this project possible. As the route continues, the landscape opens up to trulli, masserie and oak trees.

You’ll return to Locorotondo along country roads, enjoying wide views and the slow rhythm of rural Puglia.
