Canyoning Level 2 is designed for those who have a bit of experience or have completed Level 1 and are looking to elevate their adventure. Set against the more challenging terrains of Madeira's rugged landscapes, this level introduces higher technical elements and more demanding obstacles. Participants will encounter steeper descents, larger waterfalls, and more complex jumps and abseils. This course is perfect for adventurers seeking to enhance their skills and push their limits in a controlled and exhilarating environment.
• Advanced Waterfalls: Tackle larger and more challenging waterfalls that require more technical skills.
• Longer Abseils: Master the technique of longer abseils, including descents that are significantly more thrilling than those in Level 1.
• Complex Jumps: Take on more complex and higher jumps that add to the excitement and challenge of the course.
• Enhanced Navigation: Navigate through more intricate canyon paths that demand better coordination and problem-solving skills.
Meeting point
As soon as you exit the tunnel arriving at Nuns Valley, follow the road to the right until you reach the Chapel of São Rafael.Pickup: We will pick you up at your hotel or accommodation; our vehicles are easily identifiable by our distinctive color and logo on the doors. Our driver/guide will be waiting for you outside the hotel reception at the designated pickup time.
End point: As soon as you exit the tunnel arriving at Nuns Valley, follow the road to the right until you reach the Chapel of São Rafael.
