The service leaves from Rome, from Piazzale Appio, 7 00183 Roma RM (in front of the COIN Roma San Giovanni, just 230 meters from the A San Giovanni metro station).

It stands on a military settlement of the third century AD. , the "castra albana" of the Parthian II Legion, of which the amphitheater, the baths, the cisterns for their water supply are still preserved.

The noble residence of the Chigi family, together with the opposite Collegiate Church of the Assumption, are the work of Gian Lorenzo Bernini at the behest of Pope Alexander VII at the end of the seventeenth century.

Known for its wonderful Infiorata and religious procession which take place every year in mid-June, dating back to 1778.

With its rich archaeological heritage, largely due to the Temple of Juno Sospita, it collects both medieval and Roman remains, the Palazzo Colonna and the Fontana degli Scogli.

A village of surprising beauty, perched on the shores of the lake of the same name where two celebratory ships commissioned by Emperor Caligula were found
