    Overview

Choose your starting point among Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Conversano or Bari to begin a tour discovering two of the most fascinating locations in Southern Italy. The first stop is Matera, a UNESCO city and European Capital of Culture 2019. You can explore the famous Sassi, ancient districts carved into the rock, visit the miniature Sassi, and stroll through stone streets, workshops, and cafes in a unique atmosphere.

Then proceed to Alberobello, also a UNESCO World Heritage site, famous for its trulli, the traditional conical buildings that create a fairy-tale landscape. During the visit we will enter the Miniature Trulli.

    • Sassi di Matera

Start your journey in Matera, one of Italy’s most spectacular gems and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, named European Capital of Culture in 2019. You will explore the famous Sassi, ancient districts carved into the rock where thousands of people once lived in cave houses without modern comforts. During the tour we will visit the Miniature Stones and the Cave House, living symbols of local history and culture. You can stroll through stone streets, local artisans, cafes and ice cream parlors in an atmosphere of pure Mediterranean charm.

    • Visit the town of Alberobello, declared a UNESCO World Heritage DA 1996, famous for its trulli, conical stone houses built with ancient techniques, which create a fairytale landscape animated by shops, cafes and restaurants. The light on the stones and the intertwined streets give a magical and timeless atmosphere. During the visit we will enter the Sovereign Trullo, the largest and most refined trullo in the city, for a deep immersion in the local history.
