You will also be able to choose from 6 different types of elaborations (arroz negro --black rice, arroz senyoret --rice with pealed seafood and fish, arroz con boquerones y espinacas --rice with white anchovies and spinach, arroz con pato y foie --rice with duck and foie gras, Paella Valenciana --rice with chicken and vegetables, and finally you can choose a vegetarian Paella) Learn how to build deep, layered flavors, control textures perfectly, and understand the subtle balance between broth, rice variety, heat, and timing.
