If your cruise ship tenders to the Old Port, meet your guide in front of the Eurobank ATM, which is at the old port (yacht club)

Pickup: If at the New Port, our driver will meet you at the Cruise Ship's Gate to transfer you. Arrive 20 minutes early.

- We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the experiences, any guests delay, up until 5 minutes, it will be a non show, refund requests will not be acceptable.
- We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to reply to our messages, emails or calls for directions to the meeting point.
- Guests have to be able to walk for approximately 2 hours, at a slow pace, on uneven surfaces that include some steps.
- We try our best to return lost items, but we are not responsible for belongings left on the bus/mini van.
