In our Pizza, Gelato, and Supplì Cooking Class, you will dive into the world of Italian cuisine. Guided by expert chef, you’ll engage in hands-on activities, including:
Pizza Making: Learn to create authentic Italian pizzas from scratch. Participants will be taught how to make dough and select the perfect toppings for a delicious pizza.
Gelato Creation: Discover the art of making smooth and flavorful gelato. You’ll explore both classic and modern flavors while understanding the intricate process of gelato preparation.
Roman Supplì: Savor the experience of making Roman supplì—crispy risotto balls stuffed with gooey mozzarella. Participants will learn to craft this beloved Italian snack, mastering the blend of textures and tastes.
