In this Cooking Class you will learn to prepare traditional Portuguese dishes based upon typical recipes.

Menus are always seasonal and incorporate local products wherever possible.You will prepare and enjoy a four course meal: appetizer, soup, main course and dessert.

After the class you can enjoy a well deserved meal with the dishes you prepared, paired with different Portuguese wines.

Cook in Ribeira developed the cooking classes menu based on the traditional Portuguese culinary.
During the entire year, the menus of our Hands-on classes are constantly adapted to include the freshest and seasonal ingredients.
The Chef instructor will teach you how to prepare the menu, sharing tricks and tips.
Seated around our large table, enjoy the meal you have prepared with your class companions.
