Discover the art of Neapolitan pizza at a Travellers' Choice pizzeria in Como (2022 & 2023). Guided by a master pizza maker, you'll learn the right proportions, kneading techniques, and rising times to create the perfect Neapolitan crust.
In small groups, you'll craft your dough and master the ancient "staglio" technique to shape your own "panetti."
Before starting the pizza-making, enjoy a bruschetta made with fresh, local ingredients.
Then, with the guidance of your chef, roll out and top your Margherita pizza with fresh ingredients. Add your favorite toppings for a personalized touch!
We accommodate lactose intolerant and vegan guests, but unfortunately, no gluten-free options are available.
