Overview

During this introductory private tour around Seville your guide will show you the main attractions of the city, some of them declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO. Arrive in Seville and take this tour as a quick way to get to know the city!

Nowadays, the Cathedral of Seville is the largest gothic church. It is said that its construction began in 1401 on a place where the old Mosque of Seville used to be located. Some elements of the mosque such as the ''Patio de los naranjos'' or ''La Giralda'', which is a minaret, are part of this cathedral at the present time.

The Alcázar is a royal palace built for the Christian king Peter of Castile, in Seville in the fourteenth century. It is still used as a royal residence, the oldest royal palace in Europe.

These monuments are in the ''Santa Cruz'' Quarter, full of cobbled alleys and perfumed by the scent of orange blossom.
