For airport transfers, your rate also includes flight tracking and a 45-minute waiting time, calculated from your flight's arrival time. For transfers outside the airport, we will wait 15 minutes, calculated from the scheduled departure time.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
