Overview

This experience is fully private and personal. There are no groups and no fixed program — everything is tailored to you and what you need in that moment. In a calm, natural setting in the Algarve, space is created to slow down, feel, and release tension.

We work with body-based methods that gently support the body in relaxation and processing. The combination of attentive guidance, presence, and a safe environment allows for a deep and meaningful experience, even without prior experience in healing or breathwork.

This is not a standard activity, but a moment of genuine rest and connection — where you don’t have to do anything, just be — at your own pace, in a safe and supportive setting.

Private Breathwork & Trauma Release Session
At Remember Algarve, we work with two powerful body-based methods: Body Remembers Trauma Therapy (BRTT®) and Trauma Release Breathwork (TRB®). Both approaches support the release of tension, stress, and unprocessed emotions that are stored in the body.
BRTT® focuses on the body’s natural discharge process. Through specific, gentle exercises, stored energy is given the opportunity to release, creating space for relaxation, calm, and recovery.
TRB® works with connected breathing, opening the door to deeper layers within yourself where tension and emotions can safely be released. Each session is unique — sometimes soft and calming, sometimes intense and liberating — always guided and attuned to your personal process.
