In two and a half hours, we will turn the kitchen into a craft workshop:
Mani in Pasta : We will start from the basics, learning the secrets of Sicilian cuisine
The Great Classics: we will compose the scaccia ragusana, discovering how to obtain its typical thin sheet.
Chef's Touch: We will prepare Sicilian arancine
