What you will do
- Stop 1
In our kitchens, for 3 hours, we will cook three typical dishes from Malaga and Spain. The first will be "ajoblanco", it is a soup made from almonds that is eaten cold. Secondly, we will make malaga soak, a very typical dish from the Costa del Sol. And finally, the Valencian paella, the original. We will taste all this at the end of the class. During cooking we will make sangria to complete the experience! To finish we will enjoy a very typical Andalusian dessert!
Meeting point
End point: We are located on Calle Martinez Campos, you will see that the façade of the place is white and gray and right next door you will find the famous restaurant La Pechá Taberna.
