Taste Milan Hands On Risotto Cooking Class

Discover the art of making a perfect, creamy, and fragrant risotto in a hands-on cooking class designed for food lovers.

Together, we’ll prepare seasonal recipes that highlight the best local ingredients: earthy mushrooms presented in three textures, fresh herbs paired with creamy goat cheese, or a sweet-savory pumpkin risotto with amaretti cookies and mostarda.

The class is paced calmly, allowing you to follow each step closely—from toasting the rice to adding broth and stirring—so you truly understand the technique behind every creamy bite.

While the risotto cooks, you’ll hear stories and tips from the heart of Italian home cooking—secrets and tricks you won’t find in any cookbook. At the end of the class, we’ll sit down to enjoy the dishes together, accompanied by a glass of wine, moving from appetizer to dessert in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Hosted by Cesarine, Italy’s oldest network of passionate home cooks, this unique class offers an authentic perspective that no restaurant can provide. Join us to cook, taste, and experience Milan like a local!
