In this culinary workshop and tasting event, you will create delicious traditional Canarian dishes from local, fresh ingredients and enjoy the authentic taste while listening to entertaining stories of the evolvement of the dishes. Want to find out how King Alfonso X 'The Wise' was involved? What did the ancient Romans have to do with the iconic Canary Islands mojo?

We are located in the truly historical village of Chirche in South Tenerife. The instructor of the workshop is Chef Ave, with her long-standing experience as the chef de cuisine on cruise lines.
