This is a 100% private and exclusive tour, meaning the 4-seat buggy is reserved entirely for your group with no strangers on board. You get to drive the vehicle yourself through scenic off-road trails along the beautiful Arda River and up to the breathtaking viewpoints of Monte de São Domingos. Our local guide leads on a separate motorbike, ensuring total safety, driver-swap flexibility, and a personalized pace just for you.

What you will do

Stop 1
You will drive our exclusive 4-seat buggy along the scenic banks of the Arda River and up through off-road trails to the Monte de São Domingos. An experienced local guide will lead the way on a separate motorbike to ensure your safety. We will make 3 to 4 strategic stops at amazing viewpoints to enjoy the panoramic views over the Douro River and take great photos at the famous Lagoa do Fojo swing. During these stops, anyone with a valid driving license can switch places to experience driving the buggy.

Meeting point

your meeting point is at the parking lot by the roadside. your guide will be waiting for you next to the buggy, which is a large, red, 4-seat vehicle, very easy to spot from a distance. The guide will also have the support motorbike right next to it.
