IMPORTANT – ENTRY POLICY Your booking is valid for one single entry on the selected date. You may arrive at any time between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Please note that tours start every 20 minutes, so a short waiting time after check-in may be required.

On match days or during special events, the tour or museum visit may be modified, shortened, or temporarily unavailable.
During the concert season (mainly April–October), stage installation or dismantling may limit access to parts of the pitch, stands, or other stadium areas. On regular non-concert days, the standard route normally includes the pitch, dressing rooms, mixed zone, and museum.
We recommend booking the earliest tour of the day for the best experience, with fewer visitors and better photo opportunities.
During quieter periods, your guide accompanies the group throughout the visit. On busier days, our guides are positioned at key locations along the route to ensure smooth visitor flow while providing explanations and answering questions.
