Mt St. Michel Private Tour with Abbey tickets and tour guide

Overview

Discover the magic of Mont Saint-Michel with a private guide who tailors the visit to your pace and interests. Your tour begins at the main parking area by the shuttle stop, from where you ride together towards the island. Crossing the bridge, admire the breathtaking views before entering the medieval village. Stroll along the fortified walls, pass through the iconic Porte du Roy, explore the Grand’Rue and its charming side streets, and visit the parish church of Saint-Pierre.

The highlight of the experience is the visit to the Abbey, located at the summit of the mount. Step inside to explore its stunning Gothic church, the cloister, refectory, scriptorium, guest halls, and atmospheric crypts spread across three levels. Your guide balances time between the village and abbey—about half each—while adapting to your walking pace, needs, and schedule. If you’re staying at one of the nearby hotels, the guide can conveniently meet you there and start the journey from your location.
