The experience begins with a brief introduction to the concept — the story behind the officially patented Italy-shaped wooden board and the idea of traveling across Italy's regional flavors in one sitting.
The patented board then arrives at the table, handcrafted and arranged with regional specialties from north to south. The host walks guests through each section, explaining the origin of every product and its place within Italian culinary tradition. From alpine-style aged cheeses and cured meats of the north, through the rustic character of central Italy, to the rich Mediterranean bites of the south — every product tells a story.
