Overview

In this perfect experience for both adults and children, you will be welcomed by me and my family in our country house in Ostuni, Puglia, and through our Guide you will learn to cook as well as handmade pasta, appetizers and typical desserts, even the tricks that make the difference in our culinary tradition!

Relax by discovering the slowness of creating handmade pasta and the quality of simplicity.

If possible, depending on the season, we will harvest and use the vegetables and fruits from our garden.

Obviously after cooking we will taste together the results of our work.

At the end of the experience you will receive the recipes of the dishes so you can propose them at your home when you want!

What you will do

Stop 1
During the activity we will cook traditional recipes (starter, main course, dessert) sipping a glass of wine (or a non-alcoholic drink) and finally we will taste together what has been prepared.
