Overview
With a local Nonna, you will learn how to prepare fresh handmade orecchiette pasta, following authentic Apulian tradition.
After the cooking experience, you will discover the vibrant world of Pizzica, learning the basic steps of this traditional dance and experiencing the joy and energy that every Apulian feels when this incredible music begins to play.
At the end of the experience, you will enjoy the freshly made orecchiette accompanied by a glass of local wine.

After learning how to prepare orecchiette, you will join an engaging pizzica dance class, the famous folk dance of Salento.
