- Hands on cooking: Traditional Portuguese recipes, from appetizers to desserts, a 3 course meal that embody Portugal's culinary heritage.
- Taste a selection of wines from Portugal paired with your dishes, including welcome cocktail and Portuguese liqueurs as Beirão, crafted from herbs and spices.
- Chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris: Culinary techniques learning, tips and tricks that you will take back home, and cultural insights, everything under the tuition of our Chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
A typical class may include:
- Course: Folhado de alheira de Mirandela (Mirandela’s alheira puff pastry).
- Course: Bacalhau à Brás (shredded codfish with potatoes and eggs) OR Açorda de camarao (traditional prawn portuguese soup).
- Dessert: Rabanadas ào vinho do Porto (slices with Port wine jelly).
