Guided by a professional instructor, you'll enter the authentic world of Italian cuisine. The experience begins with an engaging introduction to immerse you in the art of pasta-making, then immediately moves to hands-on practice with the traditional preparation of ravioli, tortelli, and fettuccine. You'll be the protagonist, kneading, rolling, and shaping fresh pasta with your own hands.
This isn't simply a cooking class - it's a journey that weaves together theory, tradition, and creativity. The 3-hour experience culminates when we all gather around a large communal table to savor the delicacies you've created, sharing stories and laughter just like in a real Italian family.
